Returns Policy

 

We’re sorry your order didn’t work out! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please read the full policy below before starting your return.

 

RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. You must email us stating why you would like to return before you send the item back to us, we cannot accept returns without prior knowledge. Please put your order number within the package - we cannot refund you if we don't know who the parcel is from. 
After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot accept any return requests.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

Must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.

Meaning no makeup stains and clean. 

All tags must still be attached and in it's original packaging

Items must be returned to us within 7 days of return approval

RETURN SHIPPING

We do not offer free returns at this time.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email sephiuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. If your return is approved, we will send you the return address

3. Ship your item(s) back within 7 days of approval.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5-10 working days for the refund to process.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGES

For an exchange in size or item, please contact sephiuk@gmail.com with your order number and reasoning for exchange. Once this has been approved, we will send over your updated size or product.
