How do pre-orders work and when will my item ship?

We accept from majority of credit & debit card companies, and also offer Klarna & Clearpay. So you can buy now and do the girl math later...

We pride ourselves on our flattering fit, with an elastic waist for extra room or cinch, the Chérie is perfect for any height and sizes. If you have any questions about our sizing, don't hesitate to drop us a message on Instagram or in our inbox!
How do I wash my dress?
At Sephi we've worked hard to ensure your dresses are long lasting to elevate your wardrobes for years to come. Our Chérie dress uses 100% cotton fabric, ensuring comfort and quality. Please machine wash on a cold setting (20° preferably) and cool iron if needed.

Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
We aim to dispatch your orders as soon as possible, preorders are expected to be dispatched on the 13th June. Depending on the delivery selected, we use trusted courier to deliver your dresses as soon as possible.

Do you ship worldwide?
We offer international shipping, please see our delivery options at check out. If you have any questions, please DM us on Instagram or leave us a message in our inbox.
Who pays for customs, taxes and duties?
Sephi is not liable for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other costs imposed by your local authorities. These expenses are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are collected directly by your local government.
What's your returns & exchange policy?

You can return or exchange your order 14 days after it has been delivered, if the item has been unused, still have tags on and are in the original packaging. We also offer gift cards.
Please note that customers pay shipping costs back to our warehouse. Refunds usually take 5-10 working days to go back into your bank account.
